Sony has announced its upcoming update for PlayStation Plus in June (2022).
PlayStation Plus is a paid subscription service offered by PlayStation. Members have access to two PS4 games for download every month, access to online multiplayer, exclusive discounts from the PlayStation Store, and 100GB of cloud storage for saved games for $9.99 a month.
In June PlayStation Plus will be split into three subscription tiers; PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium.
PlayStation Plus Essential is the current offered PS+ Plan which is priced below:

Twelve Months $59.99
PlayStation Plus Extra includes the PS+ essential benefits as well as hundreds of downloadable PS4 and PS5 games for the monthly prices below.

PlayStation Plus Premium includes the benefits of both the PS+ Essential subscription plan and the Extra subscription plan and adds time-limited game trials, classic PS games from PS1 and PS2 games consoles as well as cloud streaming; so members can play games from each catalog without the game being downloaded. PlayStation has been a part of my childhood, pre-teen, and adult years; I’m stoked over the update and can not wait to get access to PS1 and PS2 games. I hope PlayStation will add my two favorite games from the PS1 game console. The ‘Spice World’ game which was a Spice Girls dance video game that let players mix music and create dance routines with the British girl group Spice Girls also Tomb Raider w/ Laura Croft is another game I would love to play again and reminisce on my childhood.
